A1: For the products,we have 12 months warranty. If any quality problems on our side occur in this period, we will take on the shipping cost and replacement.

Q2: How long is your production delivery time?
A2: For the delivery time, 1-3 working days for samples, 5-10 working days for mass production.

Q3: Can I get samples to test before place an order?
A3: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.

Q4: How does your factory do regarding quality control?
A4: Quality is the priority. We always attach great importance to quality controlling from the start to the end. Our Factory has gained CE, FCC, ROHS certification.

A5: Absolutely! We have our strong design teams and R&D teams, all products and new designs can be customized.

Q6: How to proceed the order if I have logo to print?
A6: First, Artwork for visual confirmation, and next is Sample picture or sending sample to you for confirmation, finally we will go to mass production.

Q7: How about the packaging?
A7: Neutral Packaging or Customized packaging are available depend on customer requirements.

Q9: Is there cheap shipping cost to import to our country?
A9: For small order,express will be best. And for bulk order, sea ship way is best but take much time. For urgent orders, we suggest via air to airport plus our ship partner send to your door.
