Rigorous
Validations

Our in-house durability testing lab is the heart of our R&D process. We don’t just verify product quality, we engineer it by identifying potential failures even before we start production.

We subject every new product to repeatable, extreme stress tests during the design and development stages:

Mechanical Resilience

We use machines to bend cables thousands of times and simulate years of “plugging and unplugging.” We also drop the device from multiple angles to ensure the internal parts stay secure and functional after falls.

Thermal Management

We use thermal cameras to see exactly how heat moves through the device. By testing it in high-temperature chambers, we make sure the cooling systems keep the charger safe and efficient, even under a full power load.

Electrical Integrity

We use high-voltage testers to confirm the device can handle sudden power spikes. We map out energy efficiency to ensure it delivers the fastest possible charge without wasting power or risking your electronics.

Core Testing Capabilities

Explore our “Torture Tests”. Select a category below to see how we verify Safety, Durability, and Performance against industry standards.

Ball Pressure Test

To evaluate the heat resistance of plastic casings. It ensures the casings won’t soften or deform dangerously when exposed to high temperatures.

Multi-Channel Temperature Recorder

To monitor the thermal profile of a device during operation. It identifies “hot spots” that could lead to component failure or fire hazards.

Double Tumbling Barrel Drop Test

To simulate repeated, low-height random drops, such as a phone rolling down a flight of stairs or being knocked off a couch repeatedly.

Drop Test

To simulate a single, high-impact fall from a specific height (like a user dropping a phone from their ear or a table).

Ball Impact Test

Specifically tests the impact resistance of screens, glass panels, or plastic housings.

Wire Bending/Swing Test

To test the fatigue life of cables (USB cables, headphone wires) where they connect to the plug.

Salt Spray Test

To check for corrosion resistance. This is vital for devices used in coastal areas or by people who sweat while using the product (e.g., smartwatches).

Constant Temperature and Humidity Test

To see how a device handles extreme climates (tropical humidity or dry heat) over long periods.

Precision-Tested for Total Reliability

Stop leaving product durability and reliability to chance. By leveraging our in-house testing lab, you ensure your next product launch is built to last—dramatically reducing after-sales service hurdles, protecting your brand reputation and bottom line.
